These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between on the one hand
the company ANNE WILLI SARL, the Seller, registered with the RCS of Paris under number 419 489 844 000 11 and whose registered office is located at 79-81, rue Victor Hugo 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine - FRANCE and on the other hand any non professional Buyer wishing to acquire the products offered for sale on the site annewilli.com, referred to as the Customer.

Anne Willi may occasionally be obliged to modify certain provisions of its General Terms and Conditions, so it is necessary that they be reread before each order on the annewilli.com site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

By accessing the Site, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Use contained therein. The Site allows the company Anne Willi to offer for sale textile products and accessories manufactured by and/or for Anne Willi SARL (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") to Users browsing the site annewilli.com

It is specified that the purchase of products on the site is reserved for non-commercial individuals aged over 18 and who have full legal capacity.

The Site does not allow the purchase of goods for resale. As such, the Customer's attention is particularly drawn to the fact that its orders will not exceed ten (10) items per order. Anne Willi also reserves the right to refuse any order involving any abnormality. Any order for a Product offered on the Site constitutes full and complete acceptance of the User to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

It is up to the Customer to select the products they wish to order on the annewilli.com site.
Once the choice of Products is made (size, colour, quantity), you must:
- Create your account or identify yourself if your account already exists.
- Accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by ticking the box provided for this purpose on the summary page of your order.
Once your payment method is selected, you must proceed to payment of your order, which will formalise a firm and final contract of sale between you and Anne Willi.

Any changes to orders by the Buyer will only be considered by the Seller within the limits of its possibilities and provided they are notified in writing to the following address: brooklyn@annewilli.com within a maximum of 24 hours after order confirmation.

In the event that these changes cannot be accepted by the Seller, the amounts paid by the Customer will be returned to him/her within a maximum period of 7 days from notification of the inability to accept the changes requested.
If, after confirmation of the order, the product is no longer available, the Seller should inform the Customer within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of the order by email or phone. The Customer will be reimbursed by credit card.

The products are offered at the prices listed during registration of the order by the Seller. Prices are in US dollars, VAT excluded (customers from New-York City will have to pay 8.875 % of tax).
Prices do not include processing fees, shipping and transport.
An invoice is issued by the Seller and sent to the Customer upon delivery of the ordered products.
Anne Willi reserves the right to change prices at any time but items will be charged on the basis of the price listed at the time of registration of the order.
For foreign transactions, customs duties and taxes owing will be paid by and under the responsibility of the Customer, both in terms of returns and payment.
The lump sum for participation in shipping costs will be quoted to the Buyer when he/she selects products and will be invoiced at the end of the order on the summary order page, in addition to the price of the selected products.

The price is payable in full on the day the order is placed by the Buyer. The Seller will not be required to make delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer if he/she does not pay it the whole amount under the conditions listed above.

Payment methods:
Payments made by the Buyer will be considered final only after receipt of actual amounts owed by the Seller. The settlement of purchases is by credit card (Eurocard, MasterCard, Visa, Carte Bleue) or PayPal.

Anne Willi ships to all the countries listed in the table below. For the rest of the world, please use the dedicated website.

Products will be shipped to the address given by the Buyer when ordering.
For reasons of availability, an order may be shipped several times. In this case, the Customer shall pay postage only once.
However, if the Customer wishes to receive the items in its order in different places, two separate orders shall be processed with the related shipping costs.

For deliveries outside the United States, potential customs clearance taxes are expected during delivery. These taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

The shipping costs will be offered for purchases over $ 500.00.

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer shall check the conformity of the Products received pursuant to his/her order. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (namely: missing or damaged products, damaged packaging) must be stated, first of all, on the delivery order and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature. Secondly, any anomaly must be notified to the Seller as soon as possible following receipt of the Products.

Anne Willi reserves the right to ask the Customer to return the non-conforming or damaged product.

The Customer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of products to return them to the Seller. If the deadline expires on a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

The Customer may request an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned in their original packaging with original labels and in perfect condition for resale and marketing, along with the original invoice.

The sums paid by the Customer, including shipping costs, will be refunded to him/her within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of products.

Anne Willi cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material or immaterial, that could result from improper use of products sold.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, the parties agree before any legal action to seek an amicable solution.
Only the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
The Paris court has exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of place of delivery of the order.

The entire property of the site (text, video images ...) is the property of Anne Willi. Any partial or total reproduction is subject to the prior approval of the Seller.

Personal information is processed by Anne Willi for Customer Relationship Management and prospecting. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, updated by the Act of 6 August 2004, the Customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data. Anne Willi will not be liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations under this contract, if such non-performance is caused by an event of force majeure, particularly in cases of disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and/or communication, flood or fire.

Anne Willi shall notify the User of an event of force majeure within 5 working days of its occurrence.
