The Customer has a period of 14 days from the delivery
of products to return them to the Seller. If the deadline expires on a holiday,
it is extended until the next business day.
Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless the product is
defective or incorrect.
The Customer may request an exchange or a refund
provided that the products are returned in their original packaging with
original labels and in perfect condition for resale and marketing, along with
the original invoice.
The sums paid by the Customer, including shipping
costs, will be refunded to him/her within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of
products.
